Buzzer repair
One apartment not ringing, the street door not releasing, or the whole panel silent.
Buzzers fail one line at a time. We test the panel button, the run to the apartment, the unit inside and the release at the door, in that order, and replace only the part that stopped working. Old panels that cannot be saved get swapped while the building's wiring stays.
